Appellation Construction Services employees are field tested and trained specifically in the natural gas and oil industry. Our fabricators and work force are highly skilled and trained in fabrication and construction of piping projects incorporating ASME B31.3 and API 1104 welding procedures with the addition of ASME Stamps U, R, and S. We also offer hydro-testing up to 10,000 psi.
Our design department utilizes the industry’s most
popular class of 3D laser scanner featuring major
advances in accuracy and time savings. Regardless
of the size or purpose of the project, we can precisely
incorporate 3D scanned data of your project into our
design process with great precision and without ever
utilizing a tape measure. This allows us to collect more
pertinent information with a small crew in one day than
a considerably larger crew could hope to accomplish by
hand in a week while eliminating costly human error and
missed field measurements.
We can produce precise, detailed fabrication
drawings from our scanned information and Identify
potential flaws before the project is fabricated,
avoiding costly changes which would require
corrections onsite. This ensures what is fabricated
in the shop will work in the field, optimizing labor,
time, dollars, and other resources.
